Training, weights & fitness

The Gym has all the equipment you need, weights of all size, Nautilus machine, treadmill, training cycles, multi-gyms. We have a changing room with lockers and shower facilities. We also have a well stocked drinks machine.

Your monthly membership gives you unlimited access to all of our gym facilities. You get a keycard that allows you to come and go as you please. In our gym you'll find commited, friendly members who are always willing to help. Our staff are accomplished and award winning athletes who can help with your fitness program.
